Plant Man designs and builds residential landscapes in the Charlotte, North Carolina area. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and who else handles it. It covers plantmandesigns.com and the lead forms we run on Facebook and Instagram.

Information you give us

You only give us information if you choose to. When you fill out a form on this website, send us an email, call us, or submit one of our lead forms on Facebook or Instagram, we may collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Your property address or neighborhood
• Information about the project you are considering
• Anything else you choose to write in a message to us

We ask for this so we can respond to you and talk about your property. We do not ask for financial account information, government ID numbers, or other sensitive personal information through our website or lead forms.

This website uses ordinary web analytics, including Google Analytics, to understand how people find and use the site. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare, which also handles standard technical information such as IP addresses as part of delivering and securing the site.

• Cloudflare, which hosts this website
• FormSubmit, which delivers our website contact form to our email
• Google, for Gmail and Google Analytics
• Meta, for our advertising and lead forms on Facebook and Instagram

Information you submit through a Facebook or Instagram lead form is collected by Meta first and is also subject to Meta’s own privacy policy and terms. We may also disclose information if we are legally required to, or if it is necessary to protect our rights or someone’s safety.

Keeping your information safe

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you give us and we limit who can access it. No website, email system, or online form is completely secure, and we cannot promise that information sent over the internet is ever fully protected. Please do not send sensitive personal or financial information through our website forms or by email.

Your choices

Children
